CHAS, The Contractors’ Health and Safety Assessment Scheme, is the Foremost Authority on UK compliance, Risk Mitigation and Supply Chain Management. We are certified by CHAS and demonstrated compliance with CHAS standards in line with SSIP Core Criteria and UK H&S Legislation and have been awarded accreditation to the requirements of the CDM Regulation 2015. 

Bloom offers a dynamic supply chain providing the public sector with a marketplace to buy and manage services. They ensure delivery of quality outcomes from our pre-approved and ever growing network of  suppliers and consultants. Our fully compliant open access marketplace is outcomes-based, meaning the public sector only pays for what is delivered.

They provide a compliant managed procurement service covering specification development, supplier identification & onboarding, commercial management and lessons learned upon successful delivery of outcomes.

Constructionline is a register for pre-qualified contractors and consultants used by the construction industry of the UK. The database contains details for over 46,000 suppliers and is accessed by more than 4,000 buyer organisations. Originally established by the UK government in 1998. Southgate & Sarabia Architects has Silver membership secured in 2019.

ARB was established by Parliament in 1997 to regulate the architects’ profession in the UK. They are an independent, public interest body and their work in regulating architects ensures that good standards within the profession are consistently maintained for the benefit of the public and architects alike.

Each year, our architects register with the Architects Registration Board as a legal requirement.

Cyber Essentials is a Government-backed, industry-supported scheme to help organisations protect themselves against common online threats.

The Government worked with the information Assurance for Small and Medium Enterprises (IASME)consortium and the Information Security Forum (ISF) to develop Cyber Essentials, a set of basic technical controls to help organisations protect themselves against common online security threats.

The full scheme, launched on 5 June 2014, enables organisations to gain one of two Cyber Essentials badges. It is backed by industry including the Federation of Small Businesses, the CBI and a number of insurance organisations which are offering incentives for businesses.

Cyber Essentials is suitable for all organisations, of any size, in any sector.

From 1 October 2014, Government requires all suppliers bidding for contracts involving the handling of certain sensitive and personal information to be certified against the Cyber Essentials scheme.

Southgate & Sarabia have been certified since 2019, with ongoing training about the risks associated with operating in the Cyber world through our specialist IT provider.

Southgate & Sarabia Architects has worked with the Intellectual Property Office to secure its trademark logo designs. They define us in a short and concise format of SASA.

SASA uses NBS Chorus as the specification writing tool of choice for building projects. The online version keeps documents up to date and allows integration of clauses with BIM Models.

Southgate & Sarabia Architects trademark is a reflection of it's awareness as a trade name. The brand is representative of the letters SASA or said as 'sa-sa.' The logo and brand mark will be interchangeable.
