Teaching Spaces

Educational campus masterplans are dominated by people-flows and spaces to gather, provided through both formal and informal landscaping. Often buildings have been developed over many phases of a masterplan or masterplans and do not always coherently read as if planned. We have become adept at developing reconnections, merging masterplan ideas or redeveloping totally with a coherent strategy. The use of landscaped trees, planted screens, planted drifts, allows our designers to create a landscape vocabulary suitable for educational sites, that protect, diverts or allows people to gather. Stimulating our senses through landscape design, altering our mood, we understand quality planting can make a difference to the success of expanding minds.
