Philadelphia is a residential proposal 15 storeys tall with 70 apartments over a commercial unit and carparking utilising a sloping site. Vertical terracotta and horizontal floor emphasis every second floor giving this edifice its characteristic appearance, slim, vertical and structured. The podium level is in white concrete and ashlar stone, providing a clean base. A podium garden gives residence outdoor space which can be shared with visitors. The tower roof level provides a further outdoor space with high level views across the city.
