Southgate & Sarabia Architects are please to confirm that we have recently helped our Client achieve full planning approval for four new modular houses on Entwisle Road, Rochdale.  The new three storey modern red brick houses are designed using the latest modern methods of construction.  The houses are to be fully built and finished off site in a factory to the highest standards, reducing any waste from the build process.  The new homes also include low carbon design, with renewable technologies to provide an affordable home for end users to run.  Private owner occupier access at the front of the house and secure off-street parking at the rear gives an upgrade on traditional terrace houses in the area.

At the back of the house, the open plan kitchen and dining room, leads out to a private back garden area, with access out to secure parking.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and the main house bathroom.  On the second floor there is an additional master bedroom with en-suite, with its own external amenity space balcony.

We have worked closely with our Client and Council to provide an innovative solution to their housing needs in this area and these modular homes are the first of many regionally.
