New Leaders

Helen and Ryan, our rising stars have both completed their leadership training with Ascento Training under the apprenticeship scheme. Having worked closely with both Helen and Ryan, I can say openly they both deserve their ‘distinction awards’ for Management and Leadership. The course covered personal development, psychology in the workplace, efficiency processes, leadership skills, awareness tasks and other technical issues. They both have become very aware of the effect of leadership responsibility on themselves and others. Both have SASA studio and operational management responsibilities and are a real credit to Southgate & Sarabia Architects. Ryan heads up our BIM activities and role as well as office management in Leeds, whilst Helen heads up our Technical portfolio and office management in Manchester.
