Regeneration Brainery Scoops Social Impact Award!

Southgate and Sarabia Architects (SASA) are over the moon to see Regeneration Brainery, scoop the highly contested ‘Social Impact’ award at the prestigious Estate Gazettes awards!

More than 700 of the real estate industries finest gathered for the annual EG Awards at the Grosvenor House hotel last weekend to find out who was going to be crowned the best of the best. Some 21 awards were handed out to those that had really impressed EG’s stellar collection of judges.

Regeneration Brainery’s unwavering commitment to young people, was recognised by the judges on the night –sparking huge pride and celebrations for all of the team!

This award is a huge testament to the hard work and determination from everyone involved in this fantastic social enterprise initiative. It proves that it really is making an enormous difference to addressing and supporting diversity, skills and employment for young people.

The formidable team of Judi Greenwood, Laura Stott and Jenny Kitchen were there to represent Regeneration Brainery, along with some of the incredible ‘Brainees’ and ambassadors including Keziah, Benita, Denziel, Dayana, Kimbrisha, Benjamin and Max.

Remarkably this is the second time Regeneration Brainery has been awarded this accolade.

Set up by Tim Healey from Capital and Centric, Regeneration Brainery is a non-profit organisation helping young adults from diverse or disadvantaged backgrounds access a career in real estate. It’s all about getting more young people into the best industry in the world: Property & Regeneration.

As dedicated mentors and ambassadors SASA is committed to helping young people from all backgrounds have access to as many opportunities within the industry as possible. So it made our week to receive this fantastic news! We would like to extend our congratulations to all involved!
